JOB APPLICATION FORM DISCLOSURE TEXT

With this Clarification Text, we aim to inform you about the identity of the Doctors Cooperative ("Doctors Cooperative" or "Cooperative") (KVKK 10.a), the purposes for which your personal data that you can share with us will be processed (KVKK 10.b), to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data can be transferred (KVKK 10.c), our data collection methods and legal reasons (KVKK 10.ç) and your rights (KVKK 10.d).

1. Identity of the Data Controller (KVKK 10.a)

Your personal data will be processed, stored and protected by the Doctors Cooperative ("Doctors Cooperative" or "Cooperative") in the capacity of data controller.

2. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data (KVKK 10.b)

2.2. Technical and Oral Interview

If you are subjected to an interview, the personal data you provide during the technical and oral interview and our opinions on the adequacy of your technical knowledge and your personality may be processed. Our processing purpose here is to evaluate your suitability for the job and position in terms of your predisposition to our working environment and working principles and your social characteristics. Your rights under Article 11 of the Law are as follows:

How long we keep your data
