JOB APPLICATION FORM DISCLOSURE TEXT
With this Clarification Text, we aim to inform you about the identity of the Doctors Cooperative ("Doctors Cooperative" or "Cooperative") (KVKK 10.a), the purposes for which your personal data that you can share with us will be processed (KVKK 10.b), to whom and for what purposes your processed personal data can be transferred (KVKK 10.c), our data collection methods and legal reasons (KVKK 10.ç) and your rights (KVKK 10.d).
1. Identity of the Data Controller (KVKK 10.a)
Your personal data will be processed, stored and protected by the Doctors Cooperative ("Doctors Cooperative" or "Cooperative") in the capacity of data controller.
2. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data (KVKK 10.b)
Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data (KVKK 10.ç) Those who wish to work at DPC can submit their application forms by applying in person.
2.1. CV, Job Application Form, Employment Platform
Upon your job application through one of the above channels, you can check the most suitable vacancies, In order to determine the most suitable candidate for the job and to evaluate your applications, your personal data in your CV and/or job application form and/or employment platform for the legal reason that "it has been made public by the person concerned" and also for the legal reason that "it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" in order to evaluate whether a possible employment contract will be created with you after your application, and for the legal reason that "the data controller can fulfill its legal obligation" on the grounds of taking action on your application and carrying out the necessary legal proceedings, and finally, if your application is found positive, "the establishment of a right" about you, use or protection", your CV or job application form is processed fully or partially automatically by sending it to our e-mail address or via the internet pages of intermediary institutions. Please note that since a standard form is not used for your resumes, personal data that are not included in our application forms and additionally added to your resume by you will also be among the data processed by us. Again, your contact information may also be processed in order to contact you for interview purposes during the recruitment process.
2.2. Technical and Oral Interview
If you are subjected to an interview, the personal data you provide during the technical and oral interview and our opinions on the adequacy of your technical knowledge and your personality may be processed. Our processing purpose here is to evaluate your suitability for the job and position in terms of your predisposition to our working environment and working principles and your social characteristics. Again, in order to determine whether your qualifications and experience are compatible with the open position to be recruited during the interview, your personal data in your resume and / or job application form and / or employment platform for the legal reason of "being made public by the person concerned" and also to determine whether a possible employment contract is created with you after your application. 4. Your Legal Rights (KVKK 10.d)
Your rights under Article 11 of the Law are as follows:
a) to learn whether your personal data has been processed; b) to request information if your personal data has been processed; c) to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; ç) to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad; d) to request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed; e) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law; f) to request notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; g) to object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems; and ğ) to request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests regarding your rights herein to us (Doctors Cooperative) in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
Comments

How long we keep your data
